Vulcan Point is a 40m island in Main Crater Lake, which sits on Volcano Island, which sits in Lake Taal, which sits on Luzon Island, Philippines. That's an island in a lake on an island in a lake on an island — a third-order island. Before the 2020 eruption, Vulcan Point even had a tiny rock pool on it, making it an island in a lake on an island in a lake on an island in a lake. Google Maps shows it clearly. It's recursive geography that actually exists.
